Additional Services
In addition to training the youth in soccer and speed and agility, Keagan's Kickers is expanding to accommodate other training needs. As of now, Keagan's Kickers now offers Weight Lifting classes along with Swimming lessons. My desire to watch young athletes succeed pushed me into branching out and learning new ways to help young athletes reach their goals. Due to my moms expertise in the field of weight training (given she's a personal trainer and flexologist) I have been taught and will continue to learn how to train and help others begin and/or continue their progress in the gym. As for swimming, I have done extensive research into what it takes to teach someone how to swim and have taken on a total of 5 swimming clients all of which were successful in freestyle, breast stroke, and doggy paddle.

What got me into weight training and swim lessons?
I entered the workforce as a summer lifeguard beginning after my freshman year of high school. I absolutely loved the job, not only was I able to have fun with all the swimmers whilst on the stand but I also got to ensure their safety and give parents some relief. I loved it so much so, that I continued summer lifeguarding for three more years, this upcoming summer will be my fourth year as a lifeguard. I recognized that I loved being in the pool and wanted others to feel just as comfortable swimming so that they can enjoy it just as much. I began swim lessons last summer and took on upwards of 10 kids. I successfully taught them all how to swim, and it felt incredibly gratifying. Since then I've loved giving swimming lessons and continue to do so. As for weight training, when I got out of high school I was very skinny (I was a XC and distance track runner after all). I made it a goal to bulk up and with about 1.5 years in the gym, I've identified just how to do so. Since then, I've gained 20 pounds of muscle and have taught 5 kids how to weight train. I'd love to help and guide others to their perfect bodies.
